Sami Yared, C.D.T., founder of YDL Dental Laboratory, established YDL in 1986, in
Dallas Texas. YDL Dental Laboratory is actively providing the Dental Health Care Profession across North America, exceptional craftsmanship and impeccable service.
Sheila Voyles
Ms. Sheila Voyles, YDL Business Coordinator, is a Graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She also holds a BSN degree from East Central Oklahoma State. Sheila has 35 years of dental related experience. The first twenty five years of her career were spent working for private dental practices, providing a wide range of services. She has been a dental assistant, treatment planner, practice consultant and business manager. Sheila has coordinated client services and business management in dental laboratories since 1996.
Sheila joined YDL in 2001 as Business Coordinator. She serves as the primary point of contact with dentist's and staff. Her responsibility is to insure each case is processed in a timely manner with the finished product delivered on the date requested.
Rejeania Thily, CDT
Ms. Rejeania Thily, C.D.T., is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts. She received her Certification in Dental Ceramics in 1989.
Rejeania has 28 years of experience as a dental ceramist, working in laboratories in Belgium and North Texas, achieving a higher degree of excellence. She attends continuing education seminars and hands-on clinics on new technologies and materials in the dental field. In the past four years, she has concentrated her studies in all-ceramic, cosmetic restoration from single centrals to full mouth.
Roger Hedrick, CDT
Roger Hedric, C.D.T. has over 30 years of experience in the dental community and a wealth of knowledge in removable laboratory procedures and is certified in both cast partials and complete dentures.
Roger has been a recognized leader in the Dallas dental community where he owned and operated his own dental laboratory, HDL, in Carrollton, TX. YDL successfully recruited Roger to join our team to help open and manage our removable department, advancing our laboratory as one of the top full service laboratories in North Texas. This department offers you an expanded range of service, including implant related removable dentures, as well as combination cases. Pam Culpepper
Pam has been serving the Dental Health Care Profession since 1976; she started her long standing career working in a prominent dental practice in Dallas Texas. Pam assisted the doctor in operatory procedures with patient care.
Pam’s knowledge and hands on experience led her into the Dental Laboratory profession in 1992, where she found her passion applying her abilities in the model department and advanced quickly into the Crown & Bridge Department.
Pam joined YDL Dental Laboratory in 2002 and is the Director of the Crown & Bridge Department. Pam’s advance knowledge in case planning and material selection provides dental colleagues with a strong support system in Implant Dentistry.
Melody Nicholson
Melody Nicholson graduated with honors in 1984 from VTI Medical and Dental Assistance School; Melody worked as a dental assistant in Ft Worth Texas. In 1989 Melody pursued a career in Dental Laboratory Technology working with a dental laboratory in Dallas Texas her responsibilities were managing production flow and overseeing Quality Control of all cases.
Melody’s success in sales and excellent customer service led her to an outside sales position for a leading dental manufacturer; however, Melody found her passion in Dental Laboratory and joined YDL Dental Laboratory in 2000. Melody’s serves as Production Manager and oversees the Quality Control Department. Her attention to detail insures that each case is handled through each department with the utmost of care.
