Authentic is a new type of low fusing, leucite reinforced Pressable Ceramic that allows both a staining technique as well as a layering technique or the combination of the two. Because of its natural color appearance it matches the oral surroundings perfectly. With Authentic even the finest, most delicate forms can be accurately reproduced with perfectly natural esthetic control. Full crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers can be created with superb color stability even using multiple firings.
Pulse
Jensen’s NEW Pulse low fusing (790ºC) Metal Ceramic System for conventional PFM restorations provides the features today’s discriminating dentist requires.
Pulse layering ceramic system, which can be adapted to any patient situation, due to different opacity and fluorescence levels, the Pulse metal system also, has a high color saturation and reflection. The nine fluorescent shoulder materials give the technician a variety of creative options even in the shoulder areas. The brightening and reflecting pearl enamel has been added and can be used to increase value to achieve an extremely natural look.
YDL Dental Laboratory believes in Creation porcelain -- and for good reason. Creation powders handle well, offer exact shade matching, and simulate many of the same optical properties found in teeth. Most important, our ceramists enjoy working with the system for the ease to "customize" each restoration with many powders to reflect the natural dentition.
VITA Porcelain
Known for their beauty, versatility and natural esthetics, VITA metal ceramics have set a benchmark by which all other porcelains are measured, with a quality standard that is unsurpassed.
Starting with VITA VMK, introduced in 1962, VITA has raised the bar of dental ceramics with each new addition to the VITA porcelain family. VITA materials feature ease of handling, a vast array of modifiers and effects powders, and an adherence to some of the highest manufacturing standards in the world. VITA’s commitment to the dental industry is defined by its ability to deliver desirable and satisfying products all across the world.
More than 100,000 dental professionals have discovered the ease of precise shade communication achieved with the VITA 3D-Master Shade Guide. Based on the science of color, the 3D-Master allows precise, individual alteration of the three determinants of color: Value, Chroma and Hue. And the extended range of 26 shades (29 with the bleaching shades, sold separately) as well as 52 easily reproduced intermediate shades provides a broader shade range than other guides.
Bleached Shades
The VITA Bleached guide 3D-MASTER is an instrument for the dentist for the planning and control of tooth lightening procedures.
The structure always follows the logic of the VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER. The most important parameter – Lightness – is, however, additionally represented in intermediate stages (half lightness levels). The chroma increases with decreasing lightness in a similar way as a natural tooth. This is likewise reflected in the half lightness levels. The hue corresponds to the medium group M of the VITA Tooth guide 3D-MASTER.
The Advantages
Tooth lightening can be discussed with the patient in realistic terms.
Intermediate steps are available as shade samples (lightness, chroma)
Dentist and patient can discuss the desired result on the basis of the shade samples and later check the result obtained.
Prosthetic restorations can – if necessary – be adapted to the VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER.
At a recall visit it can be checked whether it is necessary to repeat the tooth lightening procedure.
VITA VM 7
VITAVM7 is a complete revolution in the microstructure of ceramic material with finer particle size, yet with no detriment to the flexural strength of the material.
Restorations using VITAVM7 materials built onto In-Ceram cores make incredibly strong,
occlusion-friendly restorations available.
They also provide the added advantage of being biocompatible and therefore will not create
the risk of receding gum lines caused through gingival reaction, which is commonplace with standard metal-supported
restorations.
VITA VM 9
VITA VM9 is the newest addition to the VM family of fine-grain porcelains. It shares VM7’s desirable characteristics while satisfying the unique requirements of yttrium-stabilized zirconia (CTE of 10.5). VITA VM9 is exceptional porcelain of choice to be used with LAVA sub-structures.
VITA VM 13
VITA's new VM®13 ceramic veneering porcelain offers outstanding physical properties, handling characteristics and, due to the homogeneous distribution of both glass phases in the fine microstructure, clinical wear characteristics that mimic those of enamel.
VM 13 has a CTE of 13.1-13.6 x 10-6K-1 and is ideal for veneering metal frameworks that have a coefficient of thermal expansion in the range of 13.8ñ15.2 x 10-6K-1.
The revolutionary formulation of VITAVM13:
Extraordinarily kind to antagonistic dentition.
Optimum firing stability, which preserves shades even after several firings.
Low firing temperature and reduced shrinkage.
Excellent shade cover with the new higher chroma, higher opacity Base Dentines.
